A detailed assessment is taken of your problem or injury to ensure the best advice and treatment can be given. This assessment looks at how the condition affects your body as a whole.
It is essential that we analyse which parts of the affected area or too Hypermobile (loose) or Hypomobile (tight). We also assess posture, muscle control and nerve dysfunction.
Treatment is determined by the clinical findings and diagnosis. It focuses on a "hands on" approach and includes soft tissue massage/mobilisation, joint mobilisation/manipulation and myofascial trigger point therapy.
What to wear
Loose clothing, such as t-shirts and shorts.
What to bring
Any x-ray or MRI scans.
Referrals
A doctor’s referral is not required to see a physiotherapist in private practice.
Clients approved for Work Cover Claims, Department of Veterans Affairs and Enhanced Primary Care programmes are also welcome but require a doctor’s referral to commence treatment.

Payment is requested at the time of consultation. A portion of treatment costs is treatable under all higher table health insurance services. HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities are available.
